After reading the many reviews about this place we headed there hoping to enjoy the hot springs and the view over the volcano. We read that the price was 10k for locals so we were expecting it to be a bit higher for foreigners (as everything else in Bali). However, once we got there the lady in reception tried to charge us 200k per person which is 20x more the local prices. We told her it was too much so we were not interested and suddenly she lower it to 100 per person and then 100 for 2 people. It is true that around 5 pm it becomes a local spot for grooming (shaving â in the hot spring), bathing (in the showers outside of the pool) and meeting up. The owner told us about this when we arrived at 4:30 but we were happy to stay and felt very comfortable there.
