Highest peak on Karimun. Fun, adventurous, steep hike. Estimate 1 hour up from the last path crossing (signpost in photo), depending on fitness. Would not recommend if very wet. The tower on the top exists no more, limiting the view you will get.

Salah satu wisata hiking yang ada di tanjung balai karimun. Untuk bisa sampai kepuncaknya dibutuhkan waktu kurang lebih 2 jam. Untuk yang hobby berkendara motor cross, kamu bisa naik ke atas gunung dengan naik motor. Sangat cocok buat kamu yg pengen ngerasain athmosphere naik gunung dgn waktu singkat. Oh iya kamu bisa naik gunung melalu jalur aspal, dan turun gunung melalui jalur yg berbeda yakni dgn menelusuri tanah yg lumayan membuat dengkul pegel. Nanti juga bisa langsung mandi di kolam renang air terjun pongkar.

Tempat yang sangat asik untuk mengenal Alam bebas. Pemandangan asri dan sejuk, terutama saat berada di puncak. Perjalanan diawali melalui aliran sungai kecil, menembus hutan dengan beberapa jalur yang cukup curam. Semua lelah terbayar saat berada di atas puncak Gunung Jantan

Untuk mencapai puncak bisa ditempuh melalui 2 jalur Jalur pertama bisa melalui jalan aspal dari pabrik atarin, untuk mendaki bisa menggunakan motor sampai di bawah anak tangga menuju menara Jalur kedua bisa melalui air terjun pongkar, dengan cara pendaikian biasa jalan kaki, waktu tempuh sampai puncak kurang lebih 2 jam Untuk saat ini area menara ditutup untuk umum karena berbahaya suatu saat bisa tumbang dikarenakan sudah lapuk Dibawah menara terdapat batu besar yang bisa dinaiki (harus ekstra hati-hati) untuk menikmati pemandangan sisi barat...
