poor installation services in terms of time management

promised to install on Monday and Tuesday Monday only one staff appeared, making the whole process inefficient Tuesday supposed to come at 9 am. no one turned up, after I contacted the PIC they said it’s changed to Wednesday Wednesday, technicians is supposed to come at 9am. 9.30 am still not arrived. Contacted the tukang and they said they will come at 10.30am

A total disrespect of clients time. Could have gone to the market, do other things instead of waiting at home for tukang....
