Fabulous. Walk inside the cave to the other end. This is the best grave site that I have seen. It’s in the open back end of the cave. Walk about the rice fields at the back as well. It’s quite amazing

For me, the caves here (especially the upper cave) is more beautiful than one in Londa. Ask local for the direction. And there is a way to Suaya from this place.

(06/25) Beware of scam and rip-off. I think there is no entrance fee. Here is what happend to us.

We were harassed for money by five villagers randomly approaching us: From a five year old boy to a 95 year old woman! They don't speak any other English word than "ticket, ticket, ticket".

First a man and a woman stopped us at the road down and asked for 20k per person, which we paid. They both sent us further down the road and disappeared. We did NOT even get a ticket, neither an explanation or any service. After the next bend of the road a 95 year old woman, then a five year old boy and finally a middle aged man appeared and asked again for a "tiket". Claiming that the above 20k are for a baby cave we never saw or were directed to. They wanted to have another 20k p.p. for Allo cave. We refused and went back

Eventually we saw nothing at all. The place may be nice, but some locals ruin the experience. That's really sad as we had dozens of really positive experiences with people from Toraja.

Don't go there: All they want is your money without...

This is the one. Forget Londa or Lemo or any of the other ones, come here. Tampang Allo is bigger and better in every way than the other grave caves, and it's also empty. We were the only tourists there when we went.

Its a bit hard to find, with some bad roads and not much signage. All the locals know where it is though, just stop and ask for directions if you think you're...
