perbaiki cara komunikasi sama customer please. layanin customer dgn baik, ramah. jangan cemberut wae :)

dan kalo ngga paham, tolong tanyakan berulang ke customer (baik-baik), atau minta sedetail-detailnya. kalo ngga bisa print sesuai yang diminta, mendingan ditolak aja, jangan paksa terima orderan daripada hasil ga karuan dan merugikan customer.

Bisa print A4 berwarna mengilap. Awalnya, pc admin buat tanya bisa atau nggak print ala2 brosur tapi 2 lembar aja, ternyata bisa. Admin fast respons. Setelah transfer, langsung diproses & jadinya cepet. Waktu itu, aku izin buat diambil agak nanti karna ada keperluan. Dari aku pribadi, puas banget sama hasil printnya.
