and leisure centres in Iran, and it shows in both scale and facilities. Covering roughly half a million square metres with more than 2,500 retail units, it functions as a full destination rather than just a mall.

Facilities: The highlight is variety. Shoppers have access to a major Hyperstar supermarket, a wide range of fashion and electronics stores, a large indoor amusement park (“IranLand”), an outdoor park, and a modern eight-screen cinema. A dedicated beauty and medical clinic and a vast multi-storey car park with over 5,000 spaces add convenience.

Cleanliness and maintenance: Visitors consistently note clean common areas, tidy facilities, and regular upkeep despite the enormous size of the property.

Service: Staff interactions in shops, cinema, and leisure zones are professional and efficient. However, the hotel’s service quality has fewer reviews, making it harder to evaluate consistently.

Food and dining: The food court and restaurants cover local tastes well, but international variety seems more limited compared to global malls of similar size.

Location and access: Situated in Shiraz, the complex is accessible by main roads and its extensive parking solves one of the city’s common problems—finding space for cars.

Overall: Persian Gulf Complex delivers as a shopping and leisure hub, combining retail, entertainment, and accommodation under one roof. Its sheer size and breadth of facilities make it a standout in Shiraz. A lack of detailed hotel reviews and possible crowding at peak times prevent a perfect score, but it remains a top choice for visitors seeking a comprehensive destination...

There are two amusement parks at the mall, an outdoor amusement park called Iran Land, covering 37,000 square metres (400,000 sq ft), and an indoor amusement park covering 28,000 square metres (300,000 sq ft)with video games, a bowling alley and a 3-story billiard hall. The mall also has six 240-seat cinema. A 14,000-square-metre (150,000 sq ft) Carrefour Hypermarket is also located within the mall. The complex has four floors of parking space that can accommodate a total of 5,500 vehicles.[2] This project is owned by Mr. Hossain Hossaini. His father is from Ras al-Khaimah (UAE) and his mother...

Its the hugest shopping centre in Iran with about 2500 shops. Its located near Golestan Town of Shiraz City. It contaions the biggest hypermarket of Iran (Carrefour/Hyperstar), Bowlings, Billiards, IranLand(park), Cinema HonarshahreAftab(8 Saloons), Food Court and the biggest parking of Iran with capacity of 5500cars. The Fars Tower Hotel is going to be built soon. It was intended to be the first and only 7stars hotel of Iran. But now probably it will be 5stars. But...

It's a huge shopping complex, the biggest in Shiraz and one of the biggest ones in the world. The place is so bog that just walking one floor from one end to the other will require a long time. In spite of being big, the place is nothing of a luxury. No world brands are there and the shops fashion stores of fake items. There is literally no arrangement of shops and all the floors have more or less the same type of shops. It may be a place to visit once and that is just it.
