Admission 5 euro and certainly well worth it. Beautiful walks even though an overcast day when we visited. The beach walk isn’t too strenuous but still easily got our 10k steps in, well looked after and you could certainly spend the day here with a picnic. Good toilet facilities and a nice wee play park too. Got a couple of ice creams from the stall which wasnt madly overpriced and thoroughly enjoyed them after our walk. Plenty different routes to take, signage a little poor with a mishmash of dots that make little sense but nothing out of ordinary for forest parks who just seem to always take for granted you know where you’re going. What can I say, truly stunning. One of the best forest park walks you can do in all of Ireland.

So many different trails. One moment you are on one of the many secret little beaches and sand dunes, the next you are in bog area, then dense forest, then grassy farming land. Amazing from start to finish. There is a little coffee van in the main car park.

The drive in itself is breathtaking from the road to the car park. The views are exceptional.

And the toilet facilities are top class also , very clean...

Most of the trails are pretty tame and good for the occasional walker with done others a delightful trip into the unknown through ancient forest.

Beautiful place with beaches definitely...
