What a beautiful beach this is with rocks on one end and beautiful sand all the way along, there is plenty of space for children to play and people to sunbathe and the sand remains nice and dry for those activities. There is also a dolphin that visits for some beautiful pictures but don't get too close to it. The water is fairly cold as it is Ireland but great for playing or lying and sometimes swimming.

Incredible beach, with crystal clear water. Slightly chilly for a swim in May, but there were several folk taking a dip. 3 mins walk to shower and changing at the campsite immediately behind the sand dunes, which offer cracking views. Only a short stroll from the Man of Aran fudge stall and a coffee at the pub to warm up. This beach has a flat sandy bottom.

Beautiful little beach, we went in August and had glorious weather and it was like being in the Mediterranean (but a lot colder).
