I absolutely LOVED the views from this parking lot. No matter which way you looked there was a view that could take your breath away. The only price to pay was that this was, by far, the windiest spot we found during our travels around Ireland. The ladies retreated back to the vehicle while we satisfied our photo needs. What a picture spot! The pictures here practically take themselves. You can probably come to this spot every day for a month and not get the same view twice. The Com an Chiste Ring of Kerry overlook is perhaps the very best view on the entire ring! This spot, high up the mountain affords you views to the west of the expanse of water and Islands. Fuse to the east include water and valleys and ancient fortresses built by people long forgotten. This area has plenty of parking and also includes the Madonna statue which is beautiful to look at and maybe stop for a prayer. Be ready for the wind. The place has stunning views and a big car parking. The views in this areas can really take your breath away easy. We were in a bus tour this time, but we defo will be back to do the tour by car and explore more of this amazing area. Places like that are the reason I choose Ireland to be my home.
