Absolutely phenomenal collection. Around 20-30 cars, but the owner spent his time showing me each and every one of them. All the cars run and drive! He works on all the cars himself. Even when he was scheduled to be closed for lunch, he continued talking to me and telling me each story about them. Plenty of history behind the cars and a wonderful couple to own them. I would recommend the trip 100%! American, German, British, and many more makes. Motorbikes collection in one area too. The owner is a very sweet and kind man that was excited to show his collection. He was not worried about time and more worried about my experience! I would recommend to stop in if you are visiting Ireland. I drove 4 hours to see it and i would do it again in a heartbeat. Thank you John!

Very well preserved vehicles, the owners are really friendly, you can get a change to know some of the cars story in first hand by its owners, great collection of vehicles, both cars and motorcycles as stated before very well taken cared of, you can also enjoy a quick meal on the spot home made dishes, it’s really cheap to visit only 6€ a person, having in account the variety of vehicles they have and how they are maintained. One of those places that one must visit if you love classic vehicles.

What a fantastic place to visit! While it's not a terribly big museum, it has a lot of exhibits in it and Joan (whose husband started collecting the cars and memorabilia as a hobby) was on hand to answer our questions. It doesn't open on Sundays and Mondays, but it is definitely worth visiting. Admission was quite reasonable too.

I was here at this great Motor Museum in Oct 2009. It was my 1st trip to Ireland and this was definately one of the best unexpected finds on our 7 day vacation to Ireland!. We found this little gem of a museum by mistake as 2 of us were just out taking a leisurely morning drive through the gorgious countryside when we came upon a little hand painted wooden sign & an arrow pointing up. We followed it for what seemed like a long way and all of a sudden a home on the right had the same sign! We pulled in on the earlier part of the morning hour not knowing if it was open that day or even open to the piblic. We had no idea where we were or if we'd get to see the museum but it turned out to be our lucky day! The nicest Irish gentleman emerged from the house with his coffee in hand asking if we'd like to see the museum...and we said YES please, if you're open! It wasn't open until later that morning but this kind gentleman gave us the best museum tour ever. He shared many interesting details and stories of most of his collection and some who's cars he stores or takes care of for others in the region. We loved all his knowledge and detailed stories & conversations. We both had alot in common as I followed many of the Vintage Car Shows and Fun Runs in Southern California for years! I'm so happy to have found the name of this museum tonight and to know this great find 14 years ago is still open!

PS. I will be going back to Ireland for our 10th Anniv & my Irish husband's family reunion in 2027. I look forward to revisiting this gem of a museum again...
