Incredibly rude and sour lady. I'm an Irish expat living abroad and love having a mooch in Irish souvenir shops. We'd previously been in the other souvenir shops, Quill's and The Green Chair and bought lovely trinkets. However, when we saw a sign and was taking a picture of it to send to our friend, the lady rudely snapped at us saying no pictures were allowed, if we wanted it we could buy it. I had planned on supporting the local business as it seemed to be a stand-alone souvenir shop, however after being spoken to like that we were both taken aback that she would speak to potential customers like that. If she doesn't want people to take pictures, she should put up a sign. The other shopkeepers in the other shops are alot more friendly, welcoming...

We had a lovely week in south Kerry and spent yesterday our last day in Sneem when we came across this RUDE woman. My cousins daughter 5 years of age lifted her hand to touch rings and the woman actually slapped her hand away. And then as we going out the door she talking comments out loud to herself about us!
