Been to this rollerjam a few times now with my children and let me say each time I felt like I was back in school with a bully teacher watching me!!! 👎My last visit there was by far the worst.. we had our skating session interrupted 3 times by staff for silly reasons. The first reason was to not use our phones by the skating area which makes no sense.. as I was not wearing skates so that really confused me!! the second interruption was that my son could not drink his juice he brought in with him, they said to put it in the bin and buy from their shop which I found completely out of order And to upset my child who didn’t want their cans of coke or Fanta.. he preferred his own juice..Then the same staff returned to our table again and said we would be kicked out for eating a snack my daughter had if we did not put it away and buy from their shop..absolutely ridiculous.. this really upset my children as the staff said all this in front of my kids..that was the last straw. Their business is skating not selling snacks who do these RUDE PEOPLE think they are with the silly rules?. And to speak to a PAYING CUSTOMER like that..!!!!!!!!! I refused to put the items in the bin and for the rest of my time their with my kids the gave us dirty looks..trying to make us feel uncomfortable but I kept smiling for my kids sake so they could enjoy their family night out..we spent enough money to go their we could have went elsewhere but my kids decided skating.. after that experience we will definitely not be returning to that GREEDY BUSINESS ROLLERJAM again.. I have put up with these bully staff enough.. the building itself is completely ran down from outside in.. the food is disgusting their frozen Aldi Carlos pizza and chips is rock hard.. such a rip off.. never again the whole experience turned my stomach.. won’t be supporting this business anymore their attitude STINKS!!!!! People go...
Read moreOur u9 Camogie travelled to RollerJam in Limerick for their end of year outing in November - 75 minute journey by car for the parents. Great choice as the girls loved it. We booked 2 hours for €14.50 each including kids dinner. The food was grand, chips etc. Most of the girls had no skating experience but all made huge progress over the 2 hours (and there was no panic on time from the venue so we stayed an extra 20 minutes at the end). The music was good, and there were party games for everyone during the session. Some of the other skaters were superb which was cool to watch. Definitely...
Read moreBeen there twice for birthday parties. I myself can't skate worth a fart but the small fella is getting more confident in it each time he visits. Stunning staff. They're excellent with the kids. Can't fault them at all. Very helpful especially when the small fella was a bit scared the first time he was skating. They took him by the hand and helped him to get his feet so to speak. Highly recommend this place on the backs of the staff alone. They're fantastic. The place itself is also great don't get me wrong. Clean, airy, the rink is cool but the staff are the...
