Ko's Newcastle — Local services in South Dublin

If I could give it no stars I would. Every time I order from this Chinese it’s very bad, the only reason I would ever order is because it’s about 40 seconds from my house. That doesn’t stop them from charging €5 delivery though! I ordered on a Monday night around 10pm and got my food a while later, it was especially bad this time I couldn’t eat a thing and ended up getting sick all night after paying €15 for a 4 in 1 with prawn crackers, mad prices!! When I rang to complain the manager said she would take my name and address and get back in contact, never heard a thing until I rang back and was told no can’t get another portion or money back and she didn’t get back in contact with me because she was “busy”! Awful awful customer service from the manager, shocked at how this Chinese has survived the years it’s the worst one around, if ever ordering I would recommend China Garden in saggart lovely food cheaper delivery fee and the staff are very nice, better place to spend your hard...

Defintely our go to for Apache Pizza or Asian cuisine. Ko's has quickly become our favourite over the last few years. Some of their best meals are Thai Reg Curry Noodlebox, Pad Thai and both the standard or Massaman curry.

The Apache while a franchise is actually one of the nicest Apaches we've tasted. We have yet to have a sit in meal but I am sure if the standard of the takeaway is anything to go by it would be just as nice.

Delivery or collection has never really taken too long there is always exceptions to the rule if it is particularly busy but it is pretty rare to have to wait beyond the expected delivery time and more often the food arrives before the eta.

Great food but be careful when ordering, especially for delivery. Prices have gone up 40-50% since they put their menu pics up on google, and the prices are way off. I know there is inflation but going from €7.50 to €10.80 in 11 months is ridiculous. And €5.50 delivery charge with within a mile? Ridiculous.

Well, time for an update, and once again im floored by the price. This time i got the prices directly from their website, where the order online wasnt available for some reason, so i called them up instead.

Somehow the total on their website was€49, but when i called they wanted €66.

Thats 30% higher then their own website prices.

Really...
