Avoid avoid avoid, terrible experience with these people. From the moment you walk through the doors you have commission hungry members of staff all over you.

We paid for a couple of items in a sale recently and were told it could be a couple of weeks before the items would be ready for collection .... This was far from the truth.

I gave them 5 weeks then contacted them asking what the story was. The members of staff are untrained and had no idea what was going on with the order. I was told that the items were in a warehouse in Armagh and that they would be there in a week or two.

I call back 2 weeks later and I'm told that one of the items was there but the other was "still in the warehouse". I then went into them to collect this item. Mention this to the staff and they looked lost, they spent 20 minutes trying to figure out where the item I was told to come in and collect was. In the end they did not have it and it was apparently still in the warehouse. They completly wasted my time.

Again 2 weeks pass and I have to call them myself to get any sort of update on the order (which was the case for the entire dealings I had with this business). Again I'm told to go in to collect one of the items ... Same story as before one item was still in the mysterious warehouse. On the phone I doubled down and asked them to fully confirm one of my items was in fact there and they told me it was so again I make my way to them.

I arrive and wait 20 minutes again, only to have them bring me a coffee table I have never laid eyes on. At this point they gave me the same story about the warehouse and I stopped them at that. I demanded a refund and they attempted to give me store credit which was laughable. Eventually I got my money back but not my time.

I went to another local vendor and got sorted, I would recommend everyone stay well away from these guys they clearly have no idea what...

Bought a rug online for click and collect instore in dundalk, given no information, called into store staff didn't even know that was a option. Told they would contact me when the rug comes in.

1 week pass with no phone call I rang and was told they couldn't see the orders for online then 10mins arguing, told someone will contact me when if comes in.

3 days past and still no phone call. I called in and got a friendly staff member "Orla" saying its not acceptable and did get the delivery team to ring me. I was given a day it was being delivered to store finally, called in on that day and yet again there was 15 mins of trying to even find the order, finally a member brought the wrong rug out, then 10 mins later brought out my rug......in the wrong color......I was then told if its not in stock it would have to be found in the Dundalk warehouse then it would be sent to Armagh in Northern Ireland for stock take then be transferred and may take over 2 weeks....

2.5weeks waiting on a rug that was a Click & Collect which said it was in stock...

Sadly Staff in the Dundalk branch have zero training, don't seem to even know how to see online orders and although apologetic and nice about the delay still unsure about orders especially online orders, Communication within the Dundalk branch is bad, but communication is even worse between branches that are mainly based in...

I have recently bought dressing table stool from this shop. I left the stool in original packaging with all tags and was waiting until renovations will be done in my home. However I changed the mind about the colours of my bedroom and the stool does not match my interior anymore. As the 28 days returning period was a bit over, I have contacted customer service and kindly explained the situation. I have asked if I could return the stool and get credit note instead to buy something else more suitable from their shop. However I was told that they do not do any credit notes or exchanges or returns as it was a bit over of return period. They do not go into any any compromise to make customer happy. I felt very upset as i just lost 150 euro for nothing. I would not be returning customer of this ...
