Ok I've finally had enough of this place or should I say the Asian lady who works behind the counter her customer service skills or lack there of are horrendous she is beyond rude rud has absolutely no idea how to interact with other human beings, yes we all have bad days but this is almost everytime I or my wife have gone in to order or collect an order like this evening when she firstly gave the wrong order then there was an issue with our own order and when asked about it she dismissed the enquiry and waved my wife away shouting next next over her head as I've said this isn't a one off I've rarely got a correct order when it's rang in I could list them all off but I'd bore myself and the readers of this review,anyhow it's a real shame as the food is quite good even though they've reduced the size of their portions but not reduced the prices of they put a more competent professional person behind the counter it would change the dynamic of this place for the better and concentrated on there customers rather than how much they can get in there tills and the bottom line this would have a positive affect on their takings I won't now be going back I'd rather spend my hard earned money somewhere it is appreciated and shall be telling my friends neighbors and colleague to avoid until maybe they change the front of...

Have been ordering from Corner House for years whenever I visit the grandparents in Midleton. Myself and my Nana are gluten free and they have always been superb- they have never made a mistake with our food and are able to tailor menu items so we can have more choice. I am now also a vegetarian and they were happy to change things further for me. Popped in over the weekend without calling ahead as I was passing by and they were incredibly fast with our order. The lady at the desk even gave me an up to date menu and circled everything they could do GF which I think was especially lovely given that they were clearly incredibly busy, phone ringing off the hook! Everything was delicious as usual- Nana was raving about the prawn chow mein. It’s clear that they use high quality ingredients and portions are very generous- you’ll have plenty of leftovers! The team are so friendly and lovely and I genuinely look forward to Corner House takeaway as a staple of my visits...

Worst Chinese we've had in a while. Vegetable Spring Rolls were bland. My 'Fillet of Steak' was tasteless and chewy. My wife's 'Chicken' tasted processed and was left un-eaten. Reason for 2 Stars instead of 1 is because of the Hot/Sour soup, which was nice.

This very sub-par meal came in at the princely sum of €40. The locals have no choice but to eat or avoid, they know what it's like. For anyone else here on a brief work stay (or Staycation, like us), I'd implore you to give this one a miss. Your wallet and stomach will...
