O'Sullivans Mobility and Living Aids — Local services in The Municipal District of Fermoy

I have found the service from O Sullivan's most unsatisfactory. I ordered and payed for my knee walker scooter on Friday last. The advertised 'next day delivery' is a joke. Next day by right should have been Monday but I was happy enough when I was assured it would arrive on Tuesday. After numerous phone calls to the shop I was told that it would in fact not arrive until today. Again I am very disappointed in the entire service as it is now almost 8pm on Wednesday and still no sign of the scooter. I think it is highly unfair to take payment, on the understanding of prompt delivery, then to leave a person in great need of such a mobility device waiting days for it's delivery.
