Fantastic golf course. Some amazing views from the tee box on the 7th to the tee box on the 14th. We had a shower of snow and hailstone on the Friday which made the course fairly hard to play. We played on the Saturday again and the course was perfect. A credit to the staff! Greens are in unbelievable shape with them playing incredibly fast. There are divot sand bags on the first tee so you can repair your marks on the course. The clubhouse is a great size and serves lovely pints. I would recommend everyone play this course at least once in their life. Just look at...

Blainroe is a good course with a nice variety of holes. Looking at the website it looks like its all overlooking the the sea, however only a couple of holes are beside the sea. You don't get sea views from every hole, this doesn't mean its not a good course. Lots of doglegs, generous fairways, different elevations and a very well maintained course. I met one very rude member but in fairness the guys in the proshop were very efficient in putting him back in his box. Its a course I look forward to visiting many...

Just on the outskirts of Dublin ,course in perfect condition, had nice relaxing game weather good and course very well maintained, the driver can certainly by let lose with out the fear on a number of holes ,fast greens made scoring tricky and clever pin positions too,This is a better course than i expected ,enjoyed it particularly the views, the staff were very helpful and friendly,Would 100% play again ,Highly recommend. tonyfrancisrees Google Maps...

The new driving range lights are so badly designed and installed they are polluting the surrounding area and shining directly into the Blainroe estate. They are on throughout the evening and night and seem to only go off when the sun comes up. Thoughtless for all the residents over the Christmas break. They should be turned off when no one is using the site and have cowling added so the light only lands on the range and not leak out into the surrounding area.
