This is a FANTASTIC place to go to view the TT. I doubt there's anywhere you can get closer but if there is, it'll only be by millimetres. It's relatively close to Douglas and there's a big car park which is easily accessible. It's within walking distance (depending on health, ability and wherewithal...) of the Grandstand once the roads are open. Takes about half an hour in my experience. The grass verge (which for some reason the Manxies call a, "hedge" is quite wide, level and easily traversed. The downside is that depending on the time of day, you can find yourself baking in the sun as we did in TT 2023. Take plenty of sun lotion and/or brollies.

Visited for viewing TT2024. It’s a shaky little road on the bike but was easy enough to get along. Parking was free in the field but you categorically need a puck! There are toilets and food stand but it is cash only. The viewing was great, option to stand along the wall and be really close to riders as they come through at speed, or sat on the embankment and see much more and watch through the actual corner. There’s a grandstand but not sure what the cost was, didn’t feel it was necessary to get a good view here. There’s also a tannoy commentary and a screen to view. Really enjoyed it here!

My first time to Isle of Man and TT. My campsite was quite close to this Right hand corner. It was very busy there with a lot of spectators A high bank a semi covered grandstand, and hot food joint.

Not a bad spot but I bit windy and sun right in your eyes for the evening race that never happened. 😒 Have to stay there when they shut the roads for racing unless you...
