We went there for the kids to jump on their jumping site, there was no age or high top limit on the site nor on their instruction board, but they didn't allow any of our kids - aged 11 to 16 - to jump. We just wasted time and money going to the Shopping Mall in Be'er Sheva just to take the kids to jump, and were turned away even after explaining it and complaining that these rules weren't written anywhere - to what the cashier said "It doesn't need to be written. מקום מזעזע!!!! השירות שנתנו לי פשוט באמת מתחת לכל ביקורת, הגעתי לשם עם ילד קטן שבשעה 19:30 סגרו כבר אתם מתחם הגימבורי, שהמקום סוגר ב21:00 ניגשתי לקבלה שם עמד שם אחמש שפניתי אליו הסתכל עליי גלגל עיינים והתעלם ממני, אמר שכרגע הוא מדבר עם חברים אז נחכה שהוא יתפנה. האחמש רץ מהר לסגור את המקום של הגימבורי (יש לנו תמונה)פנינו למנהל לעזרה, שגם מסתובב במקום אבל לא יכל להגיע אלינו לקבלה לדבר עם הלקוחות שלו. הוא דיבר איתנו אך ורק בטלפון, לא הייתי מוכנה לדבר איתו בטלפון שהמנהל נמצא במקום ולא בא לדבר עם הלקוחות שלו, לאחר כמה דק גילנו שהמנהל נמצא ממש שתי מטר מאיתנו, ולא מכבודו להגיע אלינו. ממש התאכזבתי מהשירות, ביקשתי מס טלפון של המנכל , קיבלנו טלפון של בן אדם שעזב מלפני שלושה חודשים. הסניף ניסה לנפנף אותנו פשוט בושה!!!!!! יחסי אנוש מעל הכל וזה מה שלא...
