WARNING! Don't go to the Benetton store! Yesterday I entered Benetton at around 2 pm. ,,Everything on sale 80%” is written on the door, and at the website says 30% off outlet prices. After I chose the things I was going to buy, I came to the cash register, and than two women that are working there,started to speak something between themselves, they left and came back, and they didn't want to serve me for a while. I asked them if I could see the purses that were displayed on the counter. They were scratched and I asked if they had new ones, the worker answered ,,No,solo uno, solo uno, solo uno” (for 3 different purses) Then I asked what is the price and she said -it’s written. (It was prezzo originale-original price) Than other women came on the register and asked her colleague how much to charge me, should she give me discount and younger one said ,,no, I told her that price is on the item..don’t give her discount..” than younger asked older woman -do you need new items? And she looked at her angry and told no, i said we don’t have other ones, but how she opened the shelf, I saw there was 15 others of them and I said her :,,Can you give me that 2 ,that I can see that you have?” They were confused when they understood I speak and understand Italian …and started speaking-Oh she wants new ones, not scratched and she is buying in outlet.. Also this two womens (with brown curly hair , one older, one younger) were writing on the paper some items that they sell and ripping off labels from things that people bought..so I assume that they sell to people things full price and after take money for themselves..cause all this was so disgusting and weird..I’m begging owner or director of the store to put back cameras on 14.4.around 14h to look what they were doing and how they were behaving, cause if they were doing this to me, probably they are doing also to other people and it’s really not nice to treat...
