Farmhouse "La Collina delle Stelle" — Local services in Bibbiena

We were a family of 5 ( 2 adults, 3 teenagers) staying at La Collina delle Stelle for 10 days in July 2013. It was all together a most wonderful experience!||||At our arrival... we could not find it and went into a gas station in town. When they could not explain in English a man offered to show us an he drove all the way on his scooter in front of us up hill for 10 minutes until we were parked outside the farm house:) ||||Then the unbelievable beautiful setting with the cows on the hill and the look to the valley and the clean lovely pool and and and...||||The staff was SO helpful and we borrowed the managers boat with the same ease as they were at our disposal regarding anything we wanted to know or get help with.||||Pegaso was a great room with two terraces facing the pool and we have never lived more idyllically...EVER!!||||We didn't eat there but made great food from the big COOP in the Valley. They had fresh fish, fresh meat, icecream for the fridge :) and everything else you needed.||We also ate several times in the roundabout half way down hill...a great view and great food for small money!!||||It is a bit further from everything than we thought, but we loved it there and really relaxed as a family.||||We would gladly recommend it to everyone and we missed it THE SECOND WE LEFT :)||||We are actually right now trying to request for an apartment again this July...we have our...

Even before we arrived, the staff were helpful and accommodating. We are a family of 4- 2 kids under 5 and stayed for a week in the Pegasus apartment, which was great for us as we wanted the extra space and an accommodation with a kitchenette. We selected the half-board plan, so we had breakfast and dinner there each day. Dinner is a 4 course meal, prepared fresh every single day. Really yummy food and they were so wonderful with my girls. Dinner was set for 19:30, but that was too late for the girls, so they always prepared their meal at 18:30 and then we put them to sleep and felt comfortable to go back for our own adult dinner from 19:30-21:00. It was wonderful! They have a farm, a playground, and indoor playroom and a pool for the summer, which was still open when we were there (October), but too cold for anyone other than my 4 year old to go in. they have a spa, but we didn’t take advantage of it, unfortunately. They organized a private cooking class just for us, which we really enjoyed. Gave us great recommendations for local wineries and outdoor activities. i really cannot recommend this...

I and 5 friends stayed there for 4 nights from 8th May, 2014 for my 50th birthday. It was wonderful in every aspect and could not have asked for more. The accommodation is lovely, the views are to die for and the food fresh and so much of it! It was a great holiday at a great price also - they did not overcharge for drinks or lunches or anything else you required (we went half-board). They arranged horse riding at local stables, an Italian cooking course on site and a massages on site as well as transport to and from the airport, into the town, etc. Nothing was too much trouble. Andrea (who handles the bookings) arranged all our needs before we arrived and always answered my questions by return and gave us valueable information at every turn -she was lovely.
