Wellness Center Spa Frescina — Local services in Cagli

My family and I loved this outdoor wellness centre! There are 4 pools and a restaurant surrounded by mountains: simply stunning! We went on a very hot day in August, over 35° C, hence I was worried about spending the whole day outdoor, especially since I have been suffering from low blood pressure this summer. However, that didn’t bother me one bit, unlike a day on the beach, thanks to the shade given by the very many pine trees, may I add marvellous, and the cold water from the pools. There are hundreds of sunbeds, thus you can be sure to find a place on a crowded day also. At our arrival, we were welcomed by one of the staff, who gave us a brief of the park and helped us find our place for the day. We also appreciated the restaurant as we very much enjoyed the food as well as our afternoon break. Moreover, I tried a relaxing massage. The SPA is truly wonderful, on the luxury side may I add: definitely worth a visit! I’m afraid I don’t remember the name of the therapist. She was welcoming, empathic, and professional. The massage, well, you must try it! We will most definitely return before the end of summer and I look forward to trying other SPA treatments. Furthermore, the price of the entrance, food, and SPA are fair. Finally, I have read some of the reviews, which are quite entertaining. Yes, there are a few flies: you are outside and in the middle of the mountains. That’s right, you cannot bring lunch from home. If you complain about not being able to bring your own food, you are probably one of those people who also then complain that there’s no food place. So, go to a public beach, where you also have to bring your own sunbed and beach umbrella: there are many of these in the region. And yes, this is a true review. And no, I’m not a friend nor a relative of the personnel. Once again, thanks to the Frescina staff....

Esperienza devastante. Mi è stato regalato un pacchetto per il mio compleanno ad un prezzo affatto abbordabile. La camera era sicuramente un vecchio magazzino con mobili fatiscenti della fine dell'800. Il comò non aveva nessuna chiave però, era stato lasciato aperto il primo cassetto in modo tale che da lì, per riempire gli altri 2 lo potevi poggiare in terra ... "scioccante"! In bagno non c'era la finestra e non funzionava neanche lo sciacquone, per cui tutto quello che si faceva "rimaneva lì... "terribile"! L'aria condizionata non c'era e quando sono entrata, per poco non svengo dal caldo e dal cattivo odore di chiuso. Alla proprietaria è stato chiesto perlomeno un ventilatore e lei con nonchalance ci ha detto che avrebbe "mandato via", parole sue, (ho un testimone pronto a confermare) qualcun altro pur di accontentarmi, ammettendo, in questo modo, che ci aveva dato una "sola"! Le mosche e le zanzare ce n'erano a nuvoli, dimostrazione che l'ambiente non era disinfestato. Le piscine con acqua gelida e vomito di un bambino che, poverino, si è sentito male, che galleggiava in superficie. Quando lo abbiamo fatto presente c'è stato risposto che, se fosse stata c...a era peggio... mah! Nella piscina nera invece dello zolfo c'è tanto sudiciume scivoloso, tant'è che la persona che era con me è caduta e si è fatta tanto male (ho le foto anche di questo). Nei bagni non funzionava né la luce, né c'era l'acqua (infatti un signore è uscito con le mani insaponate) e nella doccia da fare, prima di entrare in piscina, l'acqua bisognava portarsela da casa perché... Non c'era! Esperienza da dimenticare! Un consiglio alla proprietaria, invece di accogliere così calorosamente le persone (tutta scena), le consiglio di togliere le ragnatele, sparse in ogni dove. Mi dispiace tanto fare questa recensione ma non è giusto che ci siano persone che lavorino in questo modo, raggirando persone in buona fede e facendo i furbi senza rispettare neanche le benché minime regole per la sicurezza ...

Not recommended with kids!! We are here for 1 day without overnight stay. Very outdated place where no renovation has been done for a long time, so many stones come loose that you can cut yourself when you step into the water. All pools are the same and the water is not clean either. No showers to wash yourself before you leave, more than 1h30 to wait for food and this with a child of 4 years old. If you want to report this info you will be answered very unfriendly. So I take my time to report it here. Conclusion there are much nicer and better places in this region to go for a day trip...
