Dopo una storia lunga alcuni anni, finalmente riusciamo a visitare la cantina Maestà di Santa Luce. Carlotta ci ha portato nel suo piccolo mondo, spiegandoci con passione e attenzione, la creazione di questo sublime vino, espressione unica del territorio. Con un'attenta degustazione dalla botte e poi nella nuova ed accogliente sala degustazione, abbiamo assaporato oltre al vino (ricordo unica etichetta) anche un aperitivo con prodotti locali. Genuinità, ricerca della perfezione la fanno da padrona in questo piccolo angolo di toscana più vero che mai. Poche bottiglie per un grande vino ancora tutto da scoprire.. Ne sentiremo...
