Lido La Capannina — Local services in Cetraro

Good food and good prices and have visited for 20 years, every summer.

Unfortunately, this year's service and quality has been subpar. Long waiting times and unattentive waitresses has left a stain on my fond view of this beach bar. It toppled today when waiting 45 minutes in order to get hold of a waiter to order food, and another hour before receiving a cold plate. When addressing the issue I received a shrug of the shoulders.

For sure my last visit this year, but hopefully will come back next summer to...

Beach restaurants are generally dime a dozen but this is one of the good ones: the menu is simple but we were impressed by both quality and quantity of the food (including the pizzas) in two different occasions. The mixed grill fish dish was the best we've had in a three week vacation. Really nice people as well who tried to accommodate us despite its getting there with no booking on a super busy Saturday evening. Low price, nice location on the sea... forgettable...

Posizione: ☆☆☆☆ Si può raggiungere la spiaggia sia a piedi che in auto. Ci sono numerosi posti auto non a pagamento.

Lido: ☆☆ Abbiamo provato la graffa, la conchiglia e il cornetto sia a cioccolata che a crema. La qualità dei prodotti è bassa, sconsiglio del tutto la graffa mentre il cornetto e la conchiglia erano discreti. Buono il cappuccino. L'arredamento del lido è molto carino e il personale è gentile e disponibile.

Spiaggia: ☆☆ La spiaggia è a tratti sabbiosa e a tratti rocciosa. Consiglio le scarpe da scoglio. Presso il lido è possibile noleggiare il pedalò. Accanto al lido è presente un'ampia spiaggia libera.

Mare: ☆ Il mare, a fine agosto, è inquinato già dalla mattina forse è dovuto alla vicinanza del porto. Inoltre è molto profondo infatti non si...
