Monte Pramaggiore — Local services in Claut

Pramaggiore - for long approaches and solitary climbs enthusiasts 🤩 I attacked this mighty Fruilian Dolomite twice 💪

Most mountaineers are coming from the valley of (Val) Cimoliana but I prefer the northern approach - from Forni di Sopra.

Well, in hot summer days Val Cimoliana is clearly a better choice (you will be greeted by the sedimentary-state moraine, dense forest and the mighty monoliths such as Il Castielo 🏰 - offering you the shadow most of the time.)

If you choose to approach Pramaggiore from the village of Forni di Sopra, there will be even more wows. You wouldn't be able to miss nosy animals around rif. Pacherini. You will be stunned by the Comici tower with its snaily Cassiopea and finally - attach via ferrata which connects Passo Suola with the forcella Sidon Bassa is one hack of a technical shortcut.
