I have not bought anything from this store, but I recently had need of a washing machine repair and approached them to see if they could help. I could not have asked for better support. They took details and arranged for someone to attend to the repairs. The repair person came promptly. He took no payment at the time but asked that I use the machine several times and if all was well to then go to the store and pay. This I did, and the price was reasonable. I then approached the store with a plumbing issue. Same outcome - the details were taken and a plumber came. Everyone I dealt with in relation to my issues was very kind, courteous, and attentive - I even received a follow up email to make sure matters had been dealt with. Acquistato PC Lenovo Ideapad 5 in data 13-08-2021, per 1199.00 Euro, si rivela non pienamente funzionale con lettore Scheda SD non operativo.

Notificato malfunzionamento presso il negozio il giorno seguente, non viene effettuata sostituzione per quanto l'HW fosse disponibile.

Si prospetta da parte del venditore un problema solo SW di facile soluzione, per il quale si promette successivo contatto telefonico dopo avere verificato con il produttore LENOVO.

Il successivo contatto telefonico non è mai avvenuto, il PC (nuovo) finisce presso la riparazione ufficiale Lenovo, senza essere di fatto mai stato usato. Davvero un'assistenza post vendita poco esemplare.

La riparazione Lenovo si rivela poi anch'essa pressapochista nel ri-assemblaggio della Motherboard difettosa, ma questa "qualità" non è imputabile al venditore di Borgolares ma in generale alla poca attenzione che spesso i professionisti del settore assicurano alla clientela. Se al contrario di me non avete urgenza e potete rivolgervi altrove suggerisco rivenditore più attento alle esigenze del consumatore.

Negozio normale dipendenti simpatici e professionali un po' meno il proprietario, che certe figure anche se non le fa possiamo pure farne a meno. Hanno tentato di rifilarmi una televisione esposta dicendomi che era l'ultima dopo aver controllato in magazzino Allora ho chiesto cortesemente se potevano farmi uno sconto visto che era l'ultima ed era usata non nuova, il dipendente ha chiesto al titolare dopo 2 minuti è arrivato con la televisione nuova, che sorpresa, direi neanche un po' caro titolare conoscendo la tua fama da 30 anni a questa parte non è cambiata ma sinceramente non è stata una sorpresa è stato un errore venire a fare acquisti da te non era la prima volta ma sicuramente sarà l'ultima Complimenti...
