During our very rainy descent, we passed Casera Pioda. We knocked on the door, having no idea what this place actually was. The welcome was fantastic, and we felt incredibly welcome. After a delicious lunch by the warm stove, the sky cleared, and we walked down with Matteo. Along the way, he told us a lot about the area, which was very interesting . Don't visit this place if you don't want to see absolutely beautiful nature and experience peace...

Fantastic place to spend time in the middle of nature far away from town and cities. The people managing this place are very kind and the food is really amazing. They are very friendly too and it was really nice spend time and have little talk with them. Looking forward to have the chance to be...

Sono stata con amici in questa meravigliosa casera a metà luglio e, vista la splendida esperienza, l'abbiamo ripetuta dopo un mese. Salita piuttosto impegnativa ma all'arrivo un paradiso. La prima volta abbiamo avuto la fortuna di trovare un ragazzo giovane a gestire il posto, estremamente cordiale e disponibile. Ci ha preparato un ottimo tagliere con salumi e formaggi locali, birre, bibite, torta e caffè, il tutto a offerta libera. Non solo, il ragazzo, mi sembra si chiamasse Bruno, si è anche offerto di accompagnarci alle cascate: davvero fantastico. La seconda volta abbiamo trovato altre persone: niente da dire sul cibo ed il posto, ma sicuramente minore disponibilità e cordialità, senza contare prezzi piuttosto alti. Sarà che avevamo aspettative alte, ma la seconda volta ci ha lasciato un pochino...
