Their website simply doesnt work. So I bought a ticket on flixbus. It never got registered with cortina and i had to purchase a second ticket in person becaue my original was not registered in the drivers electronic device. Showing my ticket, which clearly served as proof of purchase did nothing to help me. This is all indicative of tech and IT issues on Cortina’s end from their website not working to my purchased ticket never registered in their system, astonishing that in 2025 this technology can’t simply be implemented by a corporation with the resources to purchase and maintain a fleet of buses.
