Good morning mister Maurizio. Since you didn't understand în italian language, maybe în english will help you to really understand. It's very nice that you replied so late to my review. First of all, you don't feel sorry, I'm sure of it, because one look on your reply it shows your frustration and willing to revenge your self on me. Please remember that we were tourists there for the first time and this behavior of yours on how you commented back to my review,it shows no less than an old lesson of bad manners. Second part,we were sitting there for no less than 7 and half hours before you approached us and simply without any pleasant words, you just demand all 4 of us to evacuate that area,with no other place to relocate on your domain and it's not nice for you to lie. The reaction of couple of other tourists that were sitting near us, that just left your domain, looking rather upset and disturbed at your bad behavior,it clears the situation.Why you're a racist person, because when you recognized Romanian language,you simply disregarded the fact that we were tourists and confused us with your own employees and you're not used to Romanians to be tourists,but only workers to obey your rules. If it was just you,I wouldn't mind it,but other Italians in that small village were behaving the same like you. There are some few exceptions of course, because other businesses owners from there, really know how to treat a tourist and they have my respect entirely. Third part,you didn't asked me " nicely " to follow you to your office,but rather I went after you started to threaten me with the police. I was listening and watching to your conversation with the police on the phone very carefully and by your gestures and replied words to the police,they told you at the end of your conversation that if we don't posed a treat, there's no reason for them to waste time coming at your domain. I'm 100% sure, because you insisted very much for them to come there. I felt pitie for you and told you that we are on holidays there and I don't like to cause any disturbing to anyone and we will leave your domain, thinking that you will somehow understand and just simply apologize to us,so we can remain in peace. But you insisted on insulting us with more frustration and by that time we were just simply not wanted to talk,nor listen to you anymore.At that moment you realize about your mistake and tried to allure us in to choose another place on your domain,but we had enough for a day,so we decided to leave. I do have to give you a good review, because I like to be fair. You have my 👍🏼 for that you are giving privileges to your old customers by kipping the sunbeds clear for the entire holiday period of they're stay,but please be advised that new customers can also become a long time customers of you,just by knowing on how to be nice to them. Remember,most of us go to such places like Fano after a long time hard working and sacrificing a lot , just to arrive there and enjoy that short period of holiday time. I do apologize for that I have to be so sincere and direct,but you gave me no choice and perhaps now you will reconsider your priorities to be the same with the ones of your customers. Also,I apologize for any inconvenience that we caused and we will return to Fano some day. Have a good day....

Enorme stabilimento balneare, organizzatissimo, molto ben tenuto, molti servizi a disposizione peccato l'assenza di un bar, altrimenti sarebbero state 5 stelle piene. Pulitissimo (ospiti permettendo) personale attento e disponibile, distanze molto rilevanti tra gli ombrelloni anche rispetto ad altri stabilimenti vicini, spiaggia sempre in ordine e pulita. Davvero tutto...

Siamo arrivati tardi e ci hanno dato solo le sdraio senza ombrelloni, non usufruiscono di un bar ma ben si di distributori automatici; già da quì che dire ! Proprietari davvero poco amichevoli. E penso che dover far pagare anche una doccia fredda sia proprio da maleducati ! Per non parlare del prezzo delle sdraio, ci siamo trovati...
