We were fortunate to stay here for 8 nights as arranged by our tour directors for an Awethentic Italy tour. Our apartments (3 couples each in a separate apartment in the same building) were near the farmhouse. The units were clean, well stocked and comfortable. This location was a perfect choice! We traveled to various sites in Tuscany (Pisa, Firenze, Sorano, Pitigliano, Lucca, Vinci, San Miniato) during the day and returned “home” to fabulous meals in the farmhouse and our comfortable beds in the evening. All of the food prepared was organic, delicious and mostly harvested right from their land. And the wine .. all organic and delicious as well! A highlight of our stay (also organized by our trip directors) was a cooking class where we made our own pasta then feasted on our work paired with accompaniments and their delicious organic wines for dinner. Bellissimo! Since we were there in October and the weather had cooled, we were never able to take advantage of the beautiful swimming pool. A tour of the property was offered and we were fortunate to meet Baco, their pet pig, who is the recipient of the meal scraps not eaten by guests. This is truly a...

Proceeding, we went to our wine tasting. But first, we watched a short video on the history of the farm. Amazing to see how well this farm is doing with its organic approach in a market that is flooded with other wines.
Once the video is over we made our way to the indoor patio for wine tasting. Restarted with a white wine and moved through all of their red wines while eating delicious foods that were paired specifically for each dish. Again, I'm not a wine person but this place changed my mind!
Demi finished off by making our own ravioli by hand, and boy was it delicious!
I would absolutely do this...
