If you want to be amazed by Tuscany and visit it's most beautiful cities, but still enjoy the comfort and peace of it's wonderful landscape then you should look no further. Let yourself be amazed by this location and what it has to offer you (swimming pool which was lovely, the view is amazing and the peacefulness very welcoming if you want to relax). You will be impressed, guaranteed. ||||Valentina and Angelica are wonderful hostesses. They made us feel very welcome and gave us some tips were to go in Tuscany. Castello di Cafaggio is situated just 20 minutes (by car) from Firenze. And Lucca, Pisa, Sienna, San Gimigagno all within an hour's reach. ||||Although we went with just the two of us, Castello Di Cafaggio is perfect for family's with young children in my opinion. Just fly to Firenze, rent a car and drive here. There is a supermarket (Coop) nearby (Imprenuta centre) and some rooms I believe are fitted with a kitched. Thus, if you have a small budget, you can provide yourself with all you need.||||You can have breakfast here (EUR 15, - p.p.) and you must, at least once, try this. Not just for the quality of the food but the room in which you will have breakfast will make you feel like a king or queen in the castle. ||||I can only think of one negative thing, if you want to say it's negative, and that is that Impruneta itself is a small town. We chose Catsello di Cafaggio as our wedding venue in June 2016 and we could not have chosen a better place! ||Gabriella and Valentina - the owners of the place - are amongst the most welcoming and charming people we have ever met! Angelica, who works at the castle, was helping us with organization as we live outside Italy, and she managed to organize everything just the way we dreamed about it! ||The setting is amazing: absolutely beautiful Toscana landscapes, wineyards, olive trees, the gardens and the castle itself which breathes with centuries full of interesting history! Yet it is very close to Florence (20 minutes drive), which made it very convenient for all the guests to reach.||The rooms have been recently rennovated and are all beautiful, clean and elegantly decorated.||For the pre-wedding and wedding dinners we were served the home produced Cafaggio Chianti and we chose home produced Cafaggio olive oil as gifts for our guests, both are of very, very good quality. ||Everyone was so happy and relaxed during the wedding day, admiring the gorgeous setting, enjoying themselves chatting with the owners and staff, who helped to make this day perfect for us! ||Thank you so much and I could not recommend this place more highly for anyone thinking of having a...
