WORST EXPERIENCE FOR A COUPLE BIRTHDAY and racist employees!!

We booked a package for a couple at 160€ the day and couldn’t be more disappointed by the service and bad quality of the place. First of all, the place was overcrowded, it looked like a municipal pool, with tons people walking around without respecting the sanitary measures. We couldn’t even find a chair to put our towel on and relax. All the pools were packed and the hammam wasn’t working. The facilities were dirty and tons of towels were on the floor ! But the worst was the cafeteria: first, the cafeteria is in the hallway: it looks like a train station cafeteria, really not relaxing for a spa, then we waited for two hours to be seated: we came at 2 pm, the waitress told us we had to reserve a table, so we did and came back 30min later. At 2:30pm we came and she wasn’t even responding when we showed her that we were here for the table. After waiting 30min standing in the hallway, when she finally agreed to sit us somewhere, she didn’t even set the table for us. She was clearly demonstrating a racist behavior towards my boyfriend. She then told us there were only toast and piadines left. We chose two of them with speck, eggplant, cheese and vegetables. We waited again for one hour and whenever I was trying to talk to her she would hide behind the office and send her colleague talk to me. Finally after one hour waiting, they brought the most ridiculous thing ever: there was only bread and one slice of ham, we didn’t even get a knife and a fork. On top of that, we see all the other tables getting poke bowl and salads while the waitress said we couldn’t order it anymore cause it was over!! Non rivedranno più ne noi ne i nostri soldi. Abbiamo acquistato il pacchetto sweet love con 2 ingressi gold, un massaggio di coppia di 50 minuti con kit di accappatoio e telo da tornare alla fine dell'esperienza e ciabattine e shopper in omaggio. Il costo di 265 € al quale abbiamo aggiunto 2 pranzi per 2 al costo di 30 € l'uno. Siamo venuti il lunedì, abbia prenotato il massaggio per le 11 e viene richiesto di presentarsi in struttura 20 minuti prima. Noi siamo arrivati alle 10:20 e abbiamo trovato una fila interminabile. Siamo arrivati alla reception alle 10:55. In reception una signora ci fa domande veloci e purtroppo non è molto completa sulle informazioni dateci e ci chiede di essere più rapidi possibile nel cambiarci per andare a fare il massaggio. 10:57 ci manda a prendere il kit. Perdiamo altri 2 minuti perché la ragazza adetta alla consegna kit era al telefono probabilmente con qualche altro cliente. (Non capisco il senso delle prenotazioni se non hai una "corsia" riservata). Corriamo in spogliatoio a cambiarci e scendiamo a fare il massaggio. Le ragazze dell'area massaggio bravissime, molto accoglienti e super professionali. Il massaggio di coppia è stato davvero bellissimo, ma nota dolente abbiamo sentito freddo tutto il tempo perché l'ambiente non era abbastanza caldo da ospitare persone nude (ovviamente ci hanno coperti con il telo e una copertina ma non erano comunque sufficienti) nel complesso il massaggio valeva quello che abbiamo pagato ma ci tengo a specificare che solo quello ci vale. Nell'area della spa troppo freddo con porte e finestre aperte. La Mancanza di tisane e té si sentiva. Le vasche interne, dell'area centrale per noi senza infamia e senza lode. Prenotiamo la talassoterapia alle 15:30 che consiste in un auto massaggio con il sale e una maschera con il sale. Spoiler arriviamo 15:28 ed era già iniziato perché tanto c'era già gente. Ovviamente dopo di noi continuano ad arrivare persone. Spiegazione ricevuta perché "in ritardo" anche se perfettamente in orario è stata "bagnati il corpo che ti do il sale e te lo passi addosso". L'altro "rituale" prenotato è l'Aufguss ore 16. Alberto è stato spettacolare, bellissimo lo "spettacolo" all'interno della sauna. Bravissimo. Nota dolente alle 16 c'era overbooking e ci siamo seduti oltre che sulle panche previste dalla sauna anche su ceppi di legno e sgabelli di fortuna. (quindi torno a ribadire che non capisco il senso della prenotazione) Nota super dolente di questa giornata. Il Pranzo 30€ a persona, a Buffet. Affettati e formaggi (prosciutto cotto, speck, salame e parmigiano), isola del forno (una torta salata ricotta e spinaci, pizza margherita fredda per non dire ghiacciata, una focaccia del pane e grissini inbustati) Nell'isola dell'insalata (piccole ciotole con dentro pomodorini, insalata mista, carote, mais e 2 vuote che sono rimaste vuote fino quasi a fine del nostro pranzo che poi abbiamo scoperto esserci insalata di finocchi e arance e nell'altra olive) isola del cotto (una dadolata di verdure insapore, patate al forno secche e nello stesso contenitore fagiolini non so se lessi o al vapore una vellutata di zucca credo perché non c'erano cartellini che indicassero nomi di pietanze) al personale dovevi chiedere per i primi (lasagne con la salsa e non con ragù terribile, polpette discrete che erano in sostituzione al pulled pork e un insalata di farro con ceci e verdure niente di che). Erano compresi i dolci (3 tipi, una torta tenerina al cioccolato, una torta al limone e una torta preferita che abbiamo chiesto che gusto avesse o cosa c'era dentro e la risposta è stata "non lo so, non l'ho mai assaggiata") frutta e il caffè. Un pranzo non molto invitante da mensa che si e no ne poteva valere 10/15€. Nell'area spa non funzionavano ne la stanza kneip experience, ne l'oriental loft, ne la fontana di sapone. Molto male per il costo affrontato. Abbiamo passato la giornata nelle vasche esterne, che sono state un ottimo luogo di relax. All'uscita il personale scorbutico e maleducato senza avergli neanche detto cosa pensavamo...

Very poorly managed and frequented even worst. There were only 7-8 people/ groups in front of us , but it took 40 min to enter because one receptionist was taking the time to casually chat to the guests , pretending to look classy. In the meanwhile, the other receptionist was dividing herself between her desk and the towel/ bathrobe distribution. Bathrobes and slippers do not have a number and guests pick up the first one they find. Staff only care about the locals: if you are a visitor from outside , they are very rude . The bar is in the hall, you cannot pay with the armband and unless you have booked they almost kick you out if you ask whether there is a place. We were told we could eat “something light” in the kiosk inside, but they only had aperitive snacks. The spa is full with locals who are constantly on their mobile phones or noisily drinking alcohol. My friend got bullied by a visitor in the long queue for the kiosk. She stood next to him to stsbd in the shadow and he accused her of jumping the queue ( while I was still standing behind him!) .
