Excelent experience with Format! We ordered a Cattelan dining table. The price was lower than what we found in various other retailers in Italy and definitely much cheaper than in Sweden where we live.

The dining table had a very delicate top. It was delivered in Sweden through a company which specializes in deliveries of furniture thoughout Europe.

Very quick reply both via email but even via phone.

We had some concerns because we had to fullfill the payment in advance before they shiped the table but everything went smoothly and uneventfully..

Definitely at recommend, we are going to order further furnitures...

A distanza di mesi, dopo collaudi estenuanti su tutti i mobili, possiamo dire di aver trovato una professionalità ormai rara tra i mobilieri, dalla vendita alla progettazione fino all'installazione ed assistenza. Noi abbiamo preso un'intera zona living, dunque la parte progettuale é stata decisiva. Prezzi non bassi ma nemmeno esagerati, contando che: la qualità dei mobili e delle finiture sono elevate, la progettazione é molto seria (per intenderci non é solo illustrativa, ma si arriva al dettaglio di tutto) e risponde esattamente al risultato finale. Dunque a nostro parere più che giusti. L'installazione é fatta dal loro personale e l'ho trovata precisa e fatta bene. Hanno rispettato le date concordate. Fin dall'inizio, rispetto a tutti gli altri mobilieri da noi visitati (anche di brand molto noti) abbiamo apprezzato il fatto che non avessero "foga" di vendere ma al contrario ci hanno aiutato a mettere a fuoco quello che volevamo.
