Simply amazing. My family was on vacation in Sicily from the United States and we booked a cooking class with Chef Antonio & Domus Kitchen. The experience was fantastic. We were a party of 6 adults, a 4 year old and a 2 year old. EVERYONE got to enjoy themselves all thanks to Chef Antonio being a master at his craft. We all sat down for drinks and he prioritized making the kids comfortable. Once the kids were warmed up and the drinks were done we got to cooking. Chef Antonio kept the children engaged throughout the entire process which was key to everyone being able to enjoy themselves.

He made the cooking easy and fun in his beautiful outdoor kitchen, while also educating us on the history of the dishes we were making & their individual ingredients. His support team consisted of his own family! They were incredibly welcoming, helped with anything needed, and made sure to keep our glasses full!

The meal was phenomenal. Better than anything you’d get from the top local restaurants. The presentation, quality, and taste was so top notch I forgot that I helped make it! (And I’m no chef)

I would HIGHLY recommend Domus Kitchen to anyone looking for a similar experience. Not only would I do this again the next time I’m in Sicily, I’m also researching booking a class with him in New York as he takes his show on the road...

Our cooking class with Antonio was one of my favourite experiences in Sicily. Our group must have been a nightmare for him to cater for: one vegetarian, one milk allergy, and a few not so keen on seafood. But Antonio pulled it off with a smile on his face, making modifications for people as needed, so everyone got to enjoy delicious food and wine sourced from the local area. We learned so much - not just a few new recipes and techniques, but also about the importance of sourcing local, quality ingredients and about the tricks used by supermarkets to make food look bigger and fresher than it really is.

The attention to detail was also what made this experience so special - the beautiful table setting in our stunning open-air villa location, music softly playing in the background, a wine glass that was permanently topped up, and ultimately getting to enjoy a delicious candlelit meal together with friends old and new.

Having done several mediocre cooking courses in the past, I hugely underestimated how much I would enjoy this experience, but I can honestly say that it is one I will remember for the rest of my life. Thank you to Antonio and all the crew for being so accommodating to all of our dietary requirements and for making our final night in the villa such a...

We were a group of four ladies from Liverpool and we had the pleasure of sharing this Cookery experience with two other guests Lydia and Martin from Germany who we enjoyed their company immensely.

Antonio and his family welcomed us into their home and their hospitality was second to none. We felt like special guests, part of the family and Antonio's knowledge and skills were amazing. The food and interaction was first class and we came away with the confidence to recreate the meals we prepared. The wine was excellent and plentiful. The whole evening was filled with fun, laughter and after dinner conversation.

Antonio's son salvo was our taxi driver for the evening who collected us and gave us a lift back to our apartment. We were extremely grateful for this extra service and he was very engaging. Antonio's wife Lori and daughter were beautiful and the whole family worked well as a team.

We love our personalised aprons which will remind us of our fabulous night a d we shall enjoy using them whilst cooking at home.

We would highly recommend this unique Cookery experience to anyone visiting Palmero it was the highlight of our trip to Palmero. Thank you Antonio & family, Lydia and Martin for a...

If I could give 6 stars I would. Antonio was an amazing host. He was extremely knowledgable, friendly, and entertaining. We felt so welcomed by him and his family, what an amazing night and one of the most memorable things we did our whole trip. Oh the food, was amazing but that is a given. But when the food is gone and all you’re left with is the memory and the time you spent with others. That is the part we will cherish the most. Thank you!

I recently had the pleasure of taking a cooking class at Domus Kitchen in Sicily, where I experienced the culinary mastery of a truly amazing 5-star chef. This chef's cooking & teaching was not only authentic but also provided a truly inspiring experience. From the moment I stepped into the class, I felt like a part of their family. The chef, Antonio and his family were incredibly welcoming and created an atmosphere that made me feel right at home. Their passion for cooking was evident in every dish they helped us prepare. One particular dish that left a lasting impression was the pistachio pasta. It was a unique twist, something new to me and the flavors were absolutely exquisite. The chef helped us combine fresh and high-quality ingredients, allowing the pistachio to shine in a way I had never experienced before. It was a culinary masterpiece that showcased the chef's creativity and expertise. If you're planning a trip to Sicily, I highly recommend visiting the Domus Kitchen and experiencing the magic of this cooking class firsthand. Their ability to create such memorable and authentic dishes & experience for our whole family was truly exceptional. Don't miss out on this extraordinary culinary journey!
