Golf Club Lamborghini — Local services in Panicale

My wife and I have played the course several times and have also stayed in the comfortable agriturismo. The course is based on very flat clayground and therefore quite wet during autumn and winter. Therefore sometimes prefered lay. Fairways are wide and bunkers not too disturbing. Hasards in play on 6 of 9 holes, but still a rather easy course. Greens are ok and not too fast. The course is short for a par 36, with both long and rater short par 4 holes. Best suites for middle- and highhandicappers, and easy to walk. Hardhitters would find it a bit short. Practice facilities are absolutely perfect. Only problem would be length of the drivingrange for longhitters. Service in the clubhouse is exellent, and the Lamborghini-wine from the bar is absolutely recommendable. We even had the pleasure of meeting mrs. Lamborghini, who is still a member of the staff. It is also recommended to visit the administration of the resort - which you pass on your way to and from the course - where Lamborghini wines are offered at reasonable prices. Played yesterday April 17th nine holes at the golf course for the first time and had a good lunch after the play. The best part of the golf course were the greens that had a very high level but not ondulated. The rest of the course could not meet up with that standard. The tees were mostly in a bad shape with far too high grass. The fairways were difficult to focus as the grass cut was too high and the ball could not roll and it was difficult to see the shape of the course as the hight of the grass did not differ much from the semi rough or rough. You could not get a good view of the course when playing it and you did not know where to play. The dicipline of cutting the faiway to start with the border was not respected.The bunkers were very hard probably due to a lot of rain and could not be played the normal way. The foregreens were not clearly visibel. The green keeper must keep a much higher level when working the course.

A review just on the golf course and club house. Greens were in good condition but the fairways played as semi rough. Not too technical. Showers and changing area were okay with towels and soap provided.

Based on having played many courses including nine hole courses I think it is priced too high at 46€. Suggest 30 to 35€ would be more appropriate. Bottom line, would we play again at that price to offer range? Unlikely. If there was possibility to give 3.5 stars that’s where this...
