An inexpensive & fun way to enjoy views of the lake from Pigra...it was partly cloudy when we visited so plan to go on a cleat sunny day for amazing views. A few trails to follow, the easiest one to Belvedere for great views of Bellagio.

We came at 12 pm to go down to Argegno. The Pigra station was deserted and when I called Argegno station they picked up my call and left me hanging there. Since then the line is busy. Ridiculous service!

Ticket area at ground level was stuffy and smelled heavely of ciggerette smoke. To get to view point from upper level be sure to wear correct footware if it snowed the night before. Only one finicula every 30 minutes and max 12 inside the finicula. There...
