Fiera di Roma Entrance North — Local services in Rome

Fire of Rome, it is situated little away from the capital but easily accessible by train or bus. It is the place where the main fairs are held in Rome, you can find everything comics, technology or East festivals. One flaw of the biggest festivals is certainly the presence of big queues before entering, however there is a large parking lot so there should be no such problems.

The last festival I visited is the "festival dell'Oriente", that brings the visitor to know the Spanish, the Irish, the Brazil, the Greece, the East culture and more. Especially recommended for families given the great opportunity to take special photos, and the presence of food of all sorts.

In addition, if the opportunity arises, I recommend the visit of the visit of Romics (fair dedicated to comics, movies and video games, with the addition of many people in cosplay)and the Maker Fair (fai dedicated to technology always at the forefront of new inventions that could revolutionise the maket)

The place is easy even for those who suffer from motor disabilities, although I would not recommend it on holidays because of the overcrowding of many people

FIERA ROMA was inaugurated in April 2006, and it represents one of the largest and most prestigious exhibition pole in Europe. It was designed by architect Tommaso Valle, and it is an excellent futuristic business and liaison hub.

Fiera di Roma has a multifunctional trade fair district on over 390,000 sqm. It features the following: -10 rectangular one-floor pavilions, column-free, fully cabled, with air conditioning and with Wi-Fi 40,000 sqm of outdoor areas

A Congress Centre with halls from 50 to 1,070 places, with overall 3,000 places

Restaurants, bars, bank counters, tobacconists, medical centre, police office

Fiumicino international hub, which will facilitate the participation from visitors coming from other regions and/or countries

Train stop, directly connected to the Trade Fair District, with possibility of ad-hoc stops of the Leonardo Express train from Termini and a direct connection with Tiburtina train station

2 wide parking areas

3 and 4 star hotels nearby, offering special tariffs

Organisation of leisure activities and tourist packages

Ho provato anche quest'anno a dargli la possibilità di redimersi ma niente... Ad ogni evento che vado sembra stare sempre peggio.

Il complesso è ormai in stato di semi abbandono, con svariati servizi in condizioni terribili o non funzionanti. Scale mobili rotte, con conseguenza che i flussi dei visitatori sono alternati quando ci sono molti arrivi e si finisce a stare in fila ad aspettare di entrare per 15 minuti (oltre ai 10 necessari anche solo per arrivare alla biglietteria...); ascensori rotti, nastri mobili orizzontali rotti, bagni senza carta igienica (alle 15:00...) o in condizioni igieniche imbarazzanti (non c'è manutenzione né pulizia durante la fiera); pavimentazione esterna ai padiglioni sconnessa e difficile da percorrere in carrozzina o anche solo a piedi.

Per non parlare dell'organizzazione dei padiglioni... Una cosa indecente. Mappa dei padiglioni disponibile SOLO ONLINE, padiglione giapponese con stand cinesi, padiglione cinese con stand giapponesi, padiglione medio orientale con 7/8 espositori che hanno bruciato incenso tutto il giorno facendo una cappa che serviva la maschera antigas... Le file davanti gli stand alimentari nei padiglioni che si incastravano con i flussi di persone che visitavano il padiglione rendendo la viabilità interna un casino tremendo; spettacoli la cui scaletta non veniva rispettata o veniva disturbata da altri musicisti FUORI il palco che giravano per i padiglioni, nessun addetto alla "sicurezza" vicino ai palchi, con bambini che praticamente si arrampicavano sul palco durante le esibizioni...

Se poi si prende in considerazione che nei 15 euro d'ingresso non è incluso niente, nessuna promozione, nessun omaggio, nessuno sconto, e che i prezzi all'interno della fiera sono pompati di un 25% IN MEDIA in tutti gli stand... Ed è ancora peggio se si compra il biglietto online, che viene a costare quasi 17 euro a causa di un immaginario "costo di prenotazione". Ciliegina sulla torta: parcheggio a pagamento non custodito. Il top!

Questo è il risultato di anni di malagestione ed assunzioni fatte per raccomandazioni asservite al clientelismo: una schifezza di posto, fiere ed eventi sempre peggio organizzate, in una struttura in condizioni di degrado e fatiscenza ormai palesi.
