Partiti dal rifugio Passo Principe l'attacco è lì. La ferrata non è particolarmente impegnativa ma richiede un minimo di esperienza. Ci sono dei tratti esposti. Prima della vetta c'è un'affilata cresta lunga circa un centinaio di metri sicuramente sconsigliata a chi soffre di vertigini. Arrivati alla croce il panorama è impagabile. La discesa è come la salita in parte attrezzata in parte roccette. Poi si può tornare al Passo principe o fare il devastante sentiero attrezzato...

Non ci sono salito. L'ascesa anche per la via comune è riservata ad alpinisti. La caratteristica cima, molto più appariscente della vetta principale del Catinaccio d'Antermoia , è uno degli emblemi delle dolomiti soprattutto se osservato dalla provincia di Bolzano (dalla città stessa) e più precisamente dalla posizione privilegiata del rifugio Bolzano al tramonto, di una bellezza indescrivibile. le Dolomiti sono davvero le più belle montagne...
