The customer service and communication has been excellent from the moment I emailed Sorrento Cars/Ugo. We initially booked a one way transfer from Naples to Sorrento. Luigi collected us and was waiting with the name board as promised, he was a lovely polite nice man (he recommended one of our favourite restaurants too!). I then mailed Ugo about a trip To Amalfi, Positano and maybe somewhere else, again he was very responsive. So we went ahead and booked this and again a prompt and excellent service was given this time by Marcella a lovely, friendly, happy, energetic lady who made our day out amazing. What was very important to me was a careful driver on this coast and she was absolutely fantastic. So we went ahead and booked the return transfer to the airport, Marcella took us back to Naples and again arrived on time and was once again excellent. Thanks to Marcella, Luigi and Ugo. I booked a private car transfer from Naples-Amalfi coast and back with Leonardo travels this week and had fantastic experience with this company. Firstly, Ugo was super responsive throughout booking process and answered all my questions with a lot of detail and patience. He even booked us a private guide for Pompeii which was a great experience to explore this wonderful site. Our driver Vittorio (from Naples-Amalfi) was very punctual and very kind person. He regularly checked with us to make sure all was fine and we are keeping time and he was super punctual. I typed with Ugo about getting from Rome to Sorrento via Pompeii and he made it very simple - he was at the airport with a sign right on time, he was very charming and had stories about his home area as we traveled to Pompeii, he was waiting for us right at the gate after our tour and knew right where our hotel was. He even pulled over to let us get a picture of one of the beautiful views. The car was clean, he was a great driver, and he made the trip so enjoyable that we asked if he could drive us back to Rome after our visit. I could not recommend him more highly to you.
