Bathing establishment Caicco — Local services in Santa Cesarea Terme

Horrible and umiliating experience due bad organisation. Very rude staff. We’ve been here with my partner. Asked for a deckchair. The lady at the reception told us that they are busy and that she couldn’t guarantee a deckchair therefore we only had to pay for the entrance. She also said tho that if we find an available deckchair we should feel free to take it. My partner found a deckchair with no towel or reserved sign on it so he took it and we went for a dip in the sea. When i went to pick my towel a man was on the deckchair and all our stuff thrown on side- I did not say a word tho. The man instead who took the dockchair literally attacked me - although he just arrived but he stated the dockchair was reserved for him. - I repeat there was NO RESERVED SIGN anywhere at all!!!! I was trying to explain that i have only done what the receptionist told me i’m free to but he did not care / beleived. He was the most arrogant person i’ve ever met! AND at certain point he was joined by the lifeguard of the place who wasn’t even around earlier and had no clue what was going in but probably thought it is nice to attack a women. I was treated like a thief and a liar and at that point under the attention of all the guests. The guy who took the deckchair was local therefore clearly backed up by the staff against a turist. I left the place and on my way out i told to the receptionist that basically we got in trouble because we’ve followed her instructions. Although she refused to give a refund because “you already had a dip” but she offered to find us deckchairs (no clue why she couldn’t do so earlier tho) But at that point i just felt really umiliated and I wanted to leave as it wasn’t relaxing anymore with all the people stairing on us. It has been told that it happens often although the clearly unprofessional management havn’t found a solution. … Or maybe turist just...

A must place to visit crystal clear water. Chairs ,showers ,lounges, umbrellas and coffee bar.. What else can you need?.. Various floats you can borrow and you can swim out into the sea on a calm day .. Great experience about 10 species of fish some super colorful bring a mask. On the downside if people continually step on the stones it stirs up the algae making the water less clear.. Dam shame people are...

Today: the place is nice but the service in the restaurant is very bad… only one girl working, she takes the order and does the payment. She was in a VERY bad mood. Going in vacation to be treated like that, is better not to go. The restaurant was empty, people were complaining… Won’t comeback and won’t tell friends to go there. Also, they didn’t have half...
