Monte Bìvera — Local services in Sauris

Stunning mountain Monte Bivera is the dominat mountain towering high above Sauris di Sopra. It's great pleasure to wake up there in the morning and the first glimpse of the day is its fine silhouette. Climbing to its top requires some stamina and no fear of crossing one or another exposed section (although no real climbing is involved). There are various approaches, the shortest one coming in from Casera Razzo. Whichever track you chose: Expect fine paths between larches and pines, further up nasty scree slopes to cross (on "paths"!) and for the final bit a section which crosses steep slopes on a rocky path to the top.
