We had Chef Maurizio cook a special celebration dinner for us on in a holiday villa in Puglia.
We had 4 courses - all cooked superbly in local style. The seafood was fresh and the highlight was the octopus dish. There were generous portions too and he made special pasta dishes for the little ones.
We were so impressed at how he cooked and baked so perfectly in the small kitchen. Together with his colleague Leonardo, they served us dinner perfectly so we could enjoy the evening. Everything was presented beautifully. They even tidied and washed up and left the kitchen clean.
Chef Maurizio’s communication was excellent via WhatsApp. He also had great attention to detail asking about table decorations and settings.

One time to cook a beautiful and delicious 3 course meal and one time for a cooking class were we cooked the entire meal all together. They made both experiences so wonderful for everyone in our group ages 3 to 68! The ingredients for all were fresh and local.
