Seats are comfortable, acoustics fine and employees are very kind. There is also a lot of seat boosters that parents can borrow for the little ones. Why not give more stars then? Stelle una perché devo mettere per forza qualcosa ma ne merita zero. Il personale non sa cosa sia la cortesia e l'inizio dei film ritarda di 30 anche 40 minuti. Solo chi ha buon tempo può vedere i film in questo cinema. Chi ha invece tempistiche strette da rispettare come me è escluso perché con i ritardi che fanno nell'inizio delle proiezioni non ti puoi organizzare come hai bisogno. ...a meno che tu non voglia vedere solo metà film... e comunque manca anche la cortesia e poco rifornimento cibo e bevande. Penso che la gente ci va solo perché è uno dei pochi cinema presenti in Trentino che fa buone programmazioni e quindi se ne approfittano alla grande ma ad ogni modo lo sconsiglio, chi c'è lì non sa cosa vuol dire gestire un cinema. Puntualità, tempistiche, cortesia, silenzio, pulizia là sono un optional. Poi aggiungo che i servizi igienici sono pochi per tutta la gente che ci sta nella sala. Quite a good theater, comfortable seats and great sound/video quality. The only remark, the popcorns. It reminded me when as a kid I ate a spoonful of salt thinking it was sugar. I don't even know how it's possible that they still sell such salty popcorns without repercussions or without having the police...
