NaturaSì — Local services in Territorio Val d'Adige

After deciding to stay in Trento, NaturaSi is the one that left me the most impressed. Even tho I have been to many supermarkets here, where prices are cheaper and there is an immense amount of products, the quality of not only food but daily used products is nothing compared to the ones of NaturaSi. Reason for why out of all the supermarkets available NaturaSi is my number one choice. With products that leave no impact on nature and from an eco sustainable perspective has a good impact on this planet, the only reason for its high prices and its chain of supermarkets being present only in nothern Italy is for the solely reason that most multinationals supermarkets have taken the place of smaller brands such as this one, leaving them no other choice than to keep their prices high and people...

Customer service is bad, very bad. As others said discount are not always apply, you need to check on the receipt. Be careful. Moreover, they are impolite even if personell change during the years. Prices are higher than usual, same. Brand on supermarket is much cheaper. The section where you find salami, bread and so on is extremely expensive. Then I spent 100euro and ask to got to the toilet and the reply was "only for kids and old people". Well, they didn't ask like do u really need to go or do u have any issue? Nothing. Just no. bel negozio in zona facilmente raggiungibile in auto e fianco ciclabile, con attiguo ristorante bar con molti posti a sedere, tre principali zone tavoli e sala ampia per un tee del pomeriggio, ideale per appuntamenti di lavoro, comodo parcheggio per i clienti. Proprietari e commesse gentili e disponibili. Ho letto qualche critica riguardo i prezzi, ricordo che gli Ipermercati di oggi per tanti prodotti a volte, non sempre, sono imbattibili sul prezzo, ma come in altre scelte di altri negozi sono dell'idea di premiare chi da una Vita si dedica con passione e ideali, in un Iper esiste solo lo scaffale qui esiste ancora il valore ed i contenuti.
