🍏 This Strudel Floats. Literally. We wandered into Pasticceria San Vigilio, a charming little pastry shop tucked in a colorful corner of Trento’s old town – and ended up in strudel heaven.

Forget everything you know about apple strudel. This one isn’t crispy – it’s light, airy, and fluffy like a pastry that trained with clouds. The apple filling is warm, gently spiced, and just sweet enough to make you close your eyes for a second.

Pair it with an Illy espresso (they serve a great one), grab a seat outside, and enjoy the quiet magic of the street. The staff is lovely, the vibe is relaxed, and the strudel? Let’s just say… you’ll be thinking about it long after the last bite.

Highly recommended – even if you’re not...

During our stay in Trento, Pasticceria San Vigilio became our go-to spot every morning. We visited daily for our cappuccinos, cornetti, and a peach juice for our daughter. Everything we tried was absolutely delicious.

The personnel were incredibly friendly and welcoming. By the second day, they already knew our usual order, which added a personal touch to our experience.

The terrace is excellent for enjoying your morning treats while watching the city come to life. Pasticceria San Vigilio made our mornings in Trento memorable, and we highly recommend it to anyone...

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I got take away. The prices were fair but i was underwelmed on 3/4 pieces that i bought. I got a strudel, canole, tiramisu, and a chocolate cake with jam. The strudel wasn't that great and i have had better in the USA(2/10) . The canole was sub par and have had better in Venice and Florence (2/10). I love all tiramisus and i gave this one a 5/10 but if it wasn't something that i just generally love i would give it a 3/10. As for the chocolate cake with id give it a 8/10! I would go back and get more as the mixtures of flavors...
