First, I purchased a soft drink ticket with the intention of getting a cola. When I requested one, I was informed that they were “sold out.” However, there were three bottles of Coca-Cola clearly visible in the fridge. When I pointed this out, I was told that those bottles were reserved exclusively for mixed drinks and could not be served as a regular beverage. This refusal to provide a basic soft drink, despite having the product visibly in stock, was both unreasonable and frustrating.
Additionally, I purchased a Nutella pizza ticket at approximately 8:30 PM. To my surprise, I was informed that the pizza would not be available until 10:00 PM — a wait time of an hour and a half that was never communicated at the point of purchase. When I asked if it could be prepared earlier, I was told it was not possible as they were only making savory pizzas at that time and were unwilling to make a Nutella pizza before 10:00 PM. This was particularly disappointing, as I had specifically planned to attend a performance starting at 10:00 PM, meaning I could not both receive the pizza and see the performer I had come to watch.
Overall, these incidents reflect an incredibly poorly managed festival. There was a clear lack of organization and communication regarding food and beverage availability, leaving attendees confused and dissatisfied. The refusal to provide readily available products, combined with the failure to inform customers about unreasonable delays, demonstrates a significant lack of planning and basic customer service.
