A puffer jacket is a must for international students (some who are not used to such cold weather) for the brutal freezing winters in Trento! Be sure to get one that's hooded (it rains & snows often in winter) & with at least a hidden/zipped pocket (for your keys/transport card).

Frequento questo negozio da anni e non ho mai avuto problemi, fino ad oggi. Purtroppo è successo un episodio spiacevole con la ragazza che stava alla cassa oggi, intorno alle 12. La scorsa settimana ho acquistato un lucidalabbra, senza accorgermi sul momento che fosse privo di sigillo di garanzia, infatti, quando l'ho aperto, mi sono accorta che, purtroppo, era già stato usato, sicuramente da qualche cliente che lo ha aperto per vedere il colore e dopo rimesso nell'espositore. Oggi ho trovato un po' di tempo per portarlo al negozio, per potermi far fare il reso (avevo anche lo scontrino con me, ovviamente) e la ragazza non ha voluto cambiarmelo ed inoltre era scocciata e sbuffava. Le ragioni per le quali non ha voluto cambiarmelo non reggono: prima ha detto che quei lucidalabbra vengono venduti tutti senza sigillo di garanzia ed è falso, perché gliene ho portato uno da far vedere dall'espositore ed aveva il sigillo di garanzia tutto intorno poi ha detto "Come faccio a saperlo che non lo hai aperto tu?" ed io mi chiedo: ma che senso ha comprare un prodotto, aprirlo, non usarlo e poi portalo indietro per poterlo cambiare con uno uguale?!
