Honestly the cake I choose here for my birthday was under my expectations. Cream and puffs were strangely dry and hard. The price quality ratio is not good

Answer to the owner: I bought the cake on 10.08. I didn’t ask what it was, but we expect the cream of a cake to be creamy and not dense or dry. I don’t talk about the chocolate base that is obviously harder. The other people who ate the cake had the same opinion. It wasn’t bad but less good than we imagined.

I expected something else in terms of pastry, probably because I’m French and we make exceptional pastries and cakes in my country. If I come back in Italy I will try other cakes from your bakery...

Now this place was a huge surprise! The attention to detail, and the level of quality of their pastries is outstanding! Silvia è davvero una professionista seria, disponibile e competente...per il nostro matrimonio volevamo un dolce un po' particolare e così grazie a un piccolo passaparola siamo arrivati a lei...e che dire...non ci ha assolutamente delusi! Ci ha preparato più assaggi con gusti diversi di monoporzioni, ed erano tutte squisite ma siccome cercavamo qualcosa di ancora più particolare ne ha preparate altre e la scelta è ricaduta su un mix dei dolci che ci aveva preparato...questo per dire che ci tiene davvero a soddisfare il cliente in ogni sua esigenza, e lo fa con cura, entusiasmo e attenzione... Il giorno del nostro matrimonio le sue torte erano uno spettacolo e le monoporzioni oltre che essere bellissime erano davvero squisite...tanti invitati ci hanno chiesto chi le avesse preparate... Siamo rimasti davvero felici... Pasticceria...
