We were 8 people that decided to try out a tour of the La Fonte dell'Olio and decided for the Touscan Trip program. We were promptly recieved upon our arrival by our guide, and now our friend, Agata, who had prepared a great selection of samples of the local produce before beginning the tour. Our expectiations were exceeded thanks to the great host, her son and the service, who navigated and answered our questions expertly, and even allowed us to see the cellar where they stored the olive oils in tanks. Seeing the cellars and getting to know the great hosts made the tour so much more enjoyable for us.  Photos were taken by the hosts underway and sent to us after the trip on WhatsApp to immortalize our experience. The photos were very professional, and we give our credits the the photographer. The oils, the tastings and the service makes us long for visiting the facility again. We definitely recommend a visit to the farm, and the Touscan Trip program. Tanta buona volontà ma organizzazione complessiva che mostra diverse criticità soprattutto dal lato sicurezza! Piazzali di lavoro poco o per niente illuminati, cronica mancanza di cassoni per lo scarico delle olive. Mancanza di percorsi in sicurezza per i clienti con muletti che sfrecciano al buio in tutte le direzioni. Piazzali sconnessi e pieni di dossi. L'attenzione che viene messa nel produrre ottimo olio deve essere estesa anche alla corretta gestione degli spazi e delle attività...
