Just back from a week at Palazzi del Papa - we had a wonderfully relaxing holiday staying here.Accomodation is very comfortable- we stayed in a ground floor apartment Pio II and loved it. The gardens are beautifully laid out with loads of loungers and hammocks and tables and chairs. Plenty for everyone and we never felt bothered by anyone else staying there as there is so much space. lovely pool too, which was fab for cooling down! Sabrina, the owner is absolutely delightful and so warm and friendly and prepared a lovely breakfast for us every day which we loved. The apartment was very well appointed with a very well equipped kitchen if you wanted to cook and the bathroom had a fab power shower with jets. Outside we had a little covered patio area with comfy chairs and it was a lovely place to hide from the sun. Our reserved two nights agriturismo was closed when we traveled in Tuscany by a car, so that the website recommended this one to us. It was sunset time, we were so worry we probably became homeless that night. What a surprise, the hostess already drove to there before our arrival, welcome us at front of her house, arranged everything we need !||The house was clean, neat, updated, typical Tuscan breakfast was delicious ( especially home made plum-jam and Lemon-cake), and its location is right at side of major road, very convenient to drive to other towns near by.||We were so lucky to get this...

The place is very well-maintained and the host Sabrina spend a lot of time making sure that the gardens are in perfect shape.||||Also the house and the flats are extremely nice. If you are only 2 or 3 make sure you get the Pious 2 apartment, where you will be able to sit on both side of the house in the morning and evening. You then have the garden on the backside more or less on your own.||||Sabrina will serve you an excellent dinner at her house 1 kilometer away for at very decent price.||||The area is perfect for visiting Pienza and wine cities of Montalcino and...
